Terms of Service

Welcome to NomadPack. By downloading or using the NomadPack app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About NomadPack

NomadPack is an iOS application that generates smart, personalized packing lists based on your trip details — climate, duration, activities, and preferences. It is developed and operated by Simeon Simeonov ("Developer", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using NomadPack, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer your rights to the App

4. In-App Purchase

NomadPack is free to download and includes a one-time in-app purchase ("NomadPack Pro") that unlocks premium features including unlimited saved trips, unlimited custom items, PDF export, and more.

• One-time payment. NomadPack Pro is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. You pay once and own it permanently.
• No refunds via us. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their policies.
• Restore purchases. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your purchase at no additional charge using the "Restore" option in the App.
• Price. The current price is $2.99 USD. Prices may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers and applicable taxes.

5. Free Tier Limits

Without NomadPack Pro, the free tier allows:

• 1 saved trip
• Up to 3 custom items per list

We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. User Content

Any packing lists, custom items, or trip names you create in the App ("User Content") are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your User Content on any server. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for maintaining backups if desired.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including the name "NomadPack", the logo, design, text, icons, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for NomadPack Pro.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App, add or remove features, or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Apple App Store

NomadPack is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms govern solely with respect to your relationship with Apple.
